BRICK VEIL MOSQUE, LANCASHIRE
The winning entry of an international design competition by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Brick Veil Mosque by Luca Poian Forms, will stand on the edge of Preston as a landmark religious and community building.
Ström has been commissioned to illuminate the facade of the elliptical brick structure and minaret, along with surrounding landscape areas. The project is currently underway, with mock-ups of the 13-metre-tall curved precast brick panels in progress.
We look forward to the continued development of this incredible building.
